My distributing company used to distribute Scott-Mathauser products from when they first came on the market.

We offfered "C" pads for Campagnolo, "M" pads for Mafac, and "W" pads for Weinmann. All of these pads were a red/orange color.

We also distributed Kool-Stop replacement pads for Campagnolo and they were black.
