Hi Chuck,

My guess is most common around 1960-1963. Sutherlands actually lists this in their early versions "Cinelli (model SC for several years in the 60's)"

I have a 1959 or 1960 Cinelli here that has the 74 shell. Later ones don't, and it seems that earlier ones don't.
