In many of the countries in Central and South America, you will frequently see cyclists and racers riding, what at first glance, appear to be Masi's, Cinelli's, Poglioghi's, Gianni Motta's, De Rosa's, Windsor's, Guerciotti's, and the list goes on and on. On closer inspection however, its soon discovered that the rider bought or had done for him a repaint on a very inexpensive frameset so that he may believe that he is riding the real thing.
I think that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and in the end that's what it means to all of us.
Happy Holidays,

So if you saw a Panasonic with a Masi transfer on it from a distance you would just pass it by and not take a closer look. You are definitely better than I to judge that. I would have to take a look even if I were 2 feet away.
