Chuck didn't mention one detail on the OMAS BB that is nice feature. The inner seal is left off each bearing and a flexible plastic sleave goes from one bearing to the other to protect the bearings from dirt. The sleave has accordian folds so it can be moved away and grease added to the bearings.

I have used this bearing size to replace the bearings in a shot Campagnolo Record BB. The cups and spindle were machined to accept the bearing and it worked great.
