I think ICS of Switzerland fits the bill. In the 1980s they were offering a modified Campagnolo parts group.

ICS Campagnolo-First Class Catalog, early 1980s -- 16 pages, Swiss company that customized and reworked Campagnolo Super Record parts into their own group, offered in either 18 carat gold plating or chrome plating. Two color scans of Magni bikes, one with gold ICS parts and one with chrome ICS parts.
