Subject: [CR]Campy BB spindle for Frejus track bike question

I'm preparing to put period-correct Campy pista cranks back on my '63 Frejus track bike (currently has Stronglight). According to my measurements, I need a Campy 70-P-120 bottom bracket spindle. I see a "70-SP" (with no 3-digit suffix) spindle on eBay. It has an overall lenght of 111mm (which happens to be half way between the overall lengths of the 70-P-120 (109mm long) and the 70-S-120 (113mm long). What is this 70-SP? I don't see it listed in a 1972 Campy catalog. Is it a later compromise spindle that is considered good for both road (strada) and track (pista) bikes? Will this do the job for me?

Thanks,
