Charles, If you are only interested in an all Campi conversion, I can't help you.
But, if you want to add a 74mm BCD ring to Record arms, I have several sets of Takagi inner chainring bolts. These differ from the usual in that they attach to the arms with 6mm x 1mm threads, just like the Campi screw on bosses. They are almost exactly as long as the Campi bolt/boss combo. You would need to come up with spacers (If there was enough demand I could get some really nice ones made, or make a few myself. ) On 74mm BCD rings, offset from outer surface to the teeth varies with brand, so it's likely that some combo of existing spacers and rings could be made to work.
