I hope Ted Ernst (or others) will prove me wrong, but I don't believe that such were ever in wide circulation. In the early 60s, when I began lusting after the Neat Stuff, true stainless spokes were made, but I don't believe in 15/17 (0.072/0.056"). I only knew of the Robergels at the time, and they had a poor reputation, because of breakage. Later, in the early 70s, we saw Stella, I think in stainless. Again, I doubt that they were stainless.

I'm reminded of this because a couple of years ago I did a trade involving some track wheels with another list member. I hadn't noticed that there was some rust on the (formerly chromed) spokes, I guess because it was such a universal "feature" of wheels of that age with original spokes. The best 15/17 I know were galvanized. In bulk, they have a most peculiar speckled appearance. I may have to lace some up 3 cross for my '38 Paramount, unless I find someone who has a stash of 306 - 308mm spokes.
