That sounds late for Richard to be still building Witcomb USAs? I thought he was out on his own before that?

What would be the dating on a Winged Cinelli Logo Unicanitor Saddle? The winged logo is on the nose, each side. The model in question is black suede.
Also what was the dating of the first use of this winged Cinelli logo?
