Not to be a contrarian, but my DHL experience was completely different. Purchased a Rotrax f&f from a seller in Scotland. Along with the frame came stem, seat pin, an early Mafac brake set and two sets of Bluemel's celluloid mudguards. Total shipping was £48. Package was collected Friday AM at the seller's residence. It was delivered to my front door the following Monday afternoon. Everything was in perfect shape.
Would that all the other carriers provided such service at that cost.
