Hello,
I have been lead to believe that the frame and fork serial numbers
on Holdsworth bicycles should be the same as long as nothing has been
changed (like a new fork). I have been refurbishing a 1975 Holdsworth
Equipe and the frame s/n is 42726 and the fork s/n is 62726. Both have
original paint and look original and never taken apart. Also the last
four digits match so it seems unlikely the fork was ever replaced.
Could someone shed some light on the Holdsworth frame/fork serial
numbers. Thanks.
