wow, that certainly changes my conception of the rationale of this rule. I thought that Dale was concerned that too many people would be posting during the daylight hours when they should be riding, but were allowed innumerable posts at night. that implied (to me) that he really did not have the faith in dem ole' friction lighting of the past- the 'old ways'.
