fellows,    I'm new to the list .Let alone new to the sport of cycli ng .I've been riding MTB for years and decided to try road cycling. My neig hbor sold me a bike he aquired through bartering with a friend of his a few years back . I'm looking for any additional info anyone might have .Th is is what I have   British eagle written on the frame   Red steel frame with a REYOLDS 501 decal on the top tube   Weinman brake calipers as well as Weinman Brake hoods    Suntour shifters    Shiman o 100GS derailers Front and Back    The fork has ORIA decals 

Iscadella saddle
    Can anyone enlighten me as to where and roughl y which year this bike was manufactored .( Does British Eagle inply t hat the bike itself was assembled in England and The fork from Italy  . I'm really interested in reading what you guys out there might know about t his Ride which I'm in the process of restoring.I've goggled British Eagle a nd all i've got was
  was a bead to falcon cycles and the fellow ther e didn't know much about the bike
