[snip] P.S. I think Ray Dobbins contributed the most (maybe only) helpful taping tip to the list when he recomended removing the lever body and taping around the clamp. Works like a charm with cloth or cello. Thanks Ray! Now Ray is more notable to me for this tip than for his impressive collection or superb photography.
