Ian, that's fixable. I can do it, although again I'd think there are shops closer to you, as well as some framebuilders, who could knock it out.
The main advantage I have over some others is that I bought a Park fork alignment jig back when they were made. Not a great jig in terms of ease-of-use, but with a little patient repetition it can produce perfect results. I've done quite a few forks.
Let me know if I can help. I stay overloaded, but I understand your likely attachment to this bike, as it is one of the smoothest and best- riding ones ever--as long as it's not overloaded.
