More than likely it is SL, but it might depend on the size. SP may have been used for frames in the larger sizes (>58 cm?)

Do you know the seat post diameter? If 27.2 mm, then the tubing is likely SL. I think 27.0 means SP. Do you know the weight of the bare frame? SL frames are generally around 4.3 lb.
