Yes Peter, I spotted a pair on eBay UK last year........almost felt inclined to make a bid, but common sense prevailed.

Even rarer I feel are the same hubs as mine......but completely made of steel [mine are one piece alloy] I believe 'spokesniffer' on flickr has such a pair....these are one piece and not to be confused with the more popular three piece steel barrol with alloy flanges type.

As for reliability, I have yet to use my hub, laced on a MA40 clincher, with double butted spokes......hopefully they will be fine?

Talking of hubs.........does anyone have a Record Large flange 28 hole piste hub going spare......my mate Mark needs one for the Bi-laminate frame I made him........
