Last week I asked if anyone down in the San Jose area could babysit a 60's Olmo for me until I could get down there to pick it up. Well, to make a long story short, the deal fell through (I'll skip the details......grrr). Then an Olmo on Craigslist was brought to the list's attention, and it turned out to be the Olmo that I was supposed to buy.
Today I get an e-mail from a friend of mine, who lives about 6 miles from me, saying "hey I just picked up this Olmo that you might be interested in". HE responded to the Craigslist ad, went down and bought the bike. Now I'm going to get the bike after all!!
Amazing series of events, I thought. Where's the classic content? The Olmo of course. I'll post pictures on Yahoo after I get it sometime this week.
